Daily Challenges.

Managing mental health is a daily task. Simple tasks for some people are more challenging for others; taking deep breathes, waking up, going to work, leaving the house, driving, grocery shopping, etc.

That person behind you honking when the light turns green right away might be rushing to get home because that’s where the feel safest. That person at work who is in a bad mood might be struggling to combat their negative thinking and they are simply tired of doing so.

You never know who is struggling or when. Those who have been managing mental health for years are good at hiding when they are in a dark place; they might not even know themselves.

Always be kind; smile at the stranger walking by you, don’t take your friend or coworker snapping at you personally, always think optimistic about someones negativity.
